Conditioning for 10-16 year olds

Looking to build the foundation for speed, strength, power and a long career in the game injury free?

We know more and more young footballers are getting injuries from too much of the same thing and doing it with improper movement mechanics, no strength, tight muscles and joints and no real understanding of how their bodies function. All of this whilst going through growth spurts, studying and playing other sports!

Our youth sessions run in line with school terms and take place in small groups so each player can be well coached on the fundamental movement skills to move more effectively not only on the pitch but for longevity in sport and life. Players will learn about their bodies capabilities whilst also building confidence as their performance improves week to week.

No more long boring runs that don’t carry over to match day. This is training backed by science and practice. This is based on matching the fitness demands of the game.
